    About this role

    Responsibilities:

    - Lead the overall HR Centre of Excellence function across Learning & Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, Rewards, Payroll, Compliance and Audit, with ownership across the full spectrum of HR CoEs other than HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition and HR Analytics.

    - Drive the design, implementation and governance of HR policies, processes and frameworks, ensuring consistency, effectiveness and alignment with organisational priorities.

    - Partner closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders to identify people priorities and translate them into practical HR interventions across talent, performance, learning, rewards and employee lifecycle processes.

    - Review and strengthen existing HR practices, while identifying opportunities to introduce new-age, scalable and innovative people interventions that enhance employee experience and organisational effectiveness.

    - Ensure strong governance across payroll, compliance and audit, while maintaining robust HR processes and controls.

    - Build an integrated CoE agenda that enables the organisation to strengthen its talent, capability and performance ecosystem as the business continues to evolve.

    Preferred Candidate:

    - 12 - 15 years of HR experience with strong exposure across multiple HR Centres of Excellence and experience managing a broad HR portfolio.

    - Candidates with experience across L&D, Talent Management, PMS, Rewards and HR Operations will be particularly relevant, with the ability to work across multiple HR disciplines rather than operating within a single specialist area.

    - BFSI experience is mandatory, particularly exposure to a regulated and process-driven environment; however, prior insurance experience is not mandatory.

    - Should bring a fresh perspective to HR, with the ability to question existing practices, introduce innovative approaches and build contemporary people solutions.

    - Strong understanding of HR governance, processes and compliance, coupled with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

    - Strong stakeholder management skills, with the maturity to work closely with senior leadership and influence across functions.
