Responsibilities

Job Overview:

Centrally Received Docs team is primarily responsible for supporting field drivers/Branches from all over North America to review and validate waste shipping documents

• Support the generation of drum labels and waste receiving report as per waste picked up from customer site.
• Review / Validate/Entry of waste shipping documents which are scanned by field team.
• Prioritize daily workflow and maintain speed and accuracy of information.
• Identifying issues in shipping documents and communicate/work with stakeholders to resolve issues within SLA.
• Analyze and understand scanned images from the field for accurate entry.
• Should identify business priorities and complete with in the deadline.
• Work closely with department personnel to ensure that issues are resolved within the timeline.
• Should be Flexible with USA business calendar.
• Ready to support in Realtime to complete business deliverables.
• Should be able to work under stringent deadlines
• Must be detailed oriented, identify recurring issues and escalate to next level
  
  

Qualifications

Functional & Technical Requirements:

• 0 to 4+ years of Operations experience.
• Proficient in Windows based applications (Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
• Strong word processing typing skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Logical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
