Role overview

The Center Manager is a Fit.Zone employee placed at a partner gym. You own sales and the membership drive at that gym from start to finish: bringing in leads, converting them, collecting payment and getting members to renew. You report to the Cluster Manager.

What you do

• Bring in leads. Run the membership drive in and around the gym: local activations, society and corporate tie-ups, referrals and walk-ins.
• Convert. Follow up on every lead, give gym tours and trials, and close the sale.
• Renew and upsell. Call members before their plan ends. Sell renewals, upgrades and personal training.
• Bill correctly. Put every sale through the Fit.Zone platform. Enter cash within 24 hours.
• Keep members happy. Solve member issues on the spot so they stay and refer others.
• Work with the gym. Coordinate with the partner gym owner and staff so members get what they were sold.
• Track everything. Keep leads, follow-ups and sales updated in the CRM every day.

What you are measured on

• New sign-ups against monthly target
• Renewals against monthly target
• Personal training sales
• Lead-to-member conversion
• Collections billed through the platform

What you report to the Cluster Manager

Daily: Leads, trials, sales, collections

Weekly: Target vs achieved, renewals due, member complaints

Monthly: Sales review and plan for next month

Immediately: Serious complaints, billing issues, problems with the partner gym

What we're looking for

• 1 to 3 years in sales, ideally gym memberships or another target-driven role
• Comfortable with monthly targets and follow-ups
• Good with people, both members and gym staff
• Kannada and Hindi, with working English
• Basic computer and app skills
