    About this role

Company Description Learning Treehouse is Aligarh's first Montessori-inspired preschool and premium crèche, designed to offer children a space where learning feels natural, playful, and comforting. The center serves children aged 1 to 7 years through experiences that build curiosity, confidence, and independence, guided by Montessori principles. Purpose-built classrooms, cozy nap rooms, and creative zones for art, music, and storytelling are supported by a fully equipped Montessori Lab covering Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Mathematics, and Cultural Studies. Beyond academics, Learning Treehouse focuses on social-emotional growth through affirmation and gratitude classes, grace and courtesy lessons, and activities that encourage empathy and mindfulness. The school partners closely with families to extend Montessori values at home and aims to create a peaceful, secure second home environment where every child feels cared for and inspired.

Role Description The Center Head is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and smooth daily operations of the preschool and crèche. This full-time, on-site role, based in Aligarh, includes supervising teaching and support staff, ensuring classrooms and learning environments align with Montessori philosophy, and maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and child wellbeing. The Center Head oversees admissions, parent communication, and community outreach, while monitoring program quality, schedules, and resource utilization. The role also involves guiding curriculum implementation, organizing events and activities, managing budgets and reporting, and fostering a collaborative, respectful culture among staff, children, and families.
