At Dot & Key, we're looking for a consumer-obsessed and analytical Category & Strategy Manager to drive portfolio growth, category performance, and strategic business initiatives across our skincare portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute category growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify consumer, market, and competitive trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Drive portfolio optimization, pricing strategy, assortment planning, and SKU management.
• Monitor category performance and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Support annual planning, forecasting, and strategic projects.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Finance, Supply Chain, and E-commerce teams to deliver category growth.

What We're Looking For :

• 3–8 years of experience in Category Management, Strategy, Brand Management, Business Planning, or Commercial Excellence.
• Experience in Beauty, Skincare, Personal Care, FMCG, Consumer Health, or D2C brands preferred.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with consumer, retail, and e-commerce data.
• MBA from a reputed institution preferred.
