Car Loan Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented Car Loan Sales Executives to generate business through automobile dealerships and bank branches. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing car loan leads, building relationships with dealers and branch teams, assisting customers with loan applications, and ensuring timely loan disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate car loan leads through automobile dealerships and bank branches.
• Visit car showrooms and build relationships with dealers and showroom sales teams.
• Coordinate with bank branch managers and relationship managers for business generation.
• Explain car loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and loan procedures to customers.
• Source new customers and convert potential leads into business.
• Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan approvals and disbursements.
• Follow up with customers and dealers regarding pending applications.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Maintain daily sales reports, lead details, and business MIS.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Knowledge of car loans and vehicle finance will be an advantage.
• Dealer and branch relationship management.
• Lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Willingness to travel and conduct field visits.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 13 years of experience in Car Loan Sales, Auto Finance, Banking Sales, or NBFC Sales.
• Freshers with good sales and communication skills can also apply.
• Candidates with experience in dealer channel or branch channel sales will be preferred.
