Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Car Driver role based in Raipur. The Car Driver will be responsible for safely transporting company staff, visitors, and goods as needed, following assigned routes and schedules. Daily tasks include inspecting the vehicle for basic maintenance issues, ensuring cleanliness, and reporting any mechanical problems to the supervisor. The role involves adhering to traffic regulations, maintaining accurate trip logs, and supporting timely deliveries to local clients, warehouses, and business partners. The driver may also assist with loading and unloading goods, coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams, and providing courteous service to passengers and customers.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact respectfully with passengers, colleagues, and clients.
• Candidates should possess Service Quality and Training-related skills to follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and continuous improvement practices.
• Candidates should possess Automotive-related skills, including safe driving habits, basic vehicle inspection, and familiarity with local routes.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and experience driving cars for commercial or corporate use.
• Knowledge of local traffic rules and routes in and around Raipur.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required.
• Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to safety and professional conduct.
• Minimum educational qualification of secondary school level or equivalent; prior experience in a similar driving role is preferred.
