About AURIX

AURIX is a technical fest organised by the Kalam Robotics Society (KRS) at IILM University, Greater Noida, bringing together students passionate about robotics, artificial intelligence, engineering, and innovation.

With exciting technical competitions, robotics challenges, workshops, and opportunities to showcase creativity and technical skills, AURIX aims to create a platform where students can learn, compete, collaborate, and innovate.

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive Student Ambassadors from colleges and universities across India to help us expand our reach and build a strong community of participants.

Role Overview

As an AURIX Student Ambassador, you will represent the fest within your college or university, connect with fellow students, promote event registrations, and help build excitement around AURIX.

This role is ideal for students interested in leadership, event management, marketing, community building, networking, and the technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote AURIX within your college, university, and student communities.

- Encourage registrations by sharing official event announcements, posters, and updates across WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

- Connect with college societies, technical clubs, robotics communities, and student coordinators to expand outreach.

- Help students understand the event, its activities, competitions, and participation process.

- Drive genuine registrations through your assigned referral link or ambassador code, if provided.

- Share feedback, outreach updates, and participation queries with the AURIX organising team.

- Represent AURIX professionally and help create a vibrant, pan-India student network.

Who Can Apply

- Students currently enrolled in any recognised college or university in India.

- Students from engineering, technology, management, science, design, and other disciplines are welcome.

- Individuals with strong communication skills, initiative, and an interest in student communities.

- Students who enjoy networking, organising activities, creating content, or promoting events.

- Prior experience in marketing, event management, or student societies is a plus, but *not mandatory*.
