Role & responsibilities

• Adherence to turn around times (TAT) on customer loan requests, as per the agreed service level agreements (SLA)
• Ensuring Comprehensive internal control of Policy and processes by Maintaining   quality of data in system without errors
• Timely update on Various New & Existing Polices adherence while getting the file processed
• Complete analysis of customer profile and sending the case to the credit manager. Analysis includes the financial analysis of the corporate customers by looking at the financials statements of customer.
• Tele verification of the customer by calling him and understand the purpose of loan required by customer. Calling to the references given by customer as well to cross check the profile of the customer.
• First level of customer profile check in credit on the various parameters mentioned in the policy of thee company.
• Quality Check of File post Disbursement on various parameters mentioned in the hind-sighting module and highlight the errors done by the team during the loan processing
