Call Center Representative International Dental Office Calling

Location: Chandigarh, India

Shift: Night shift (India time)

Salary: 35,000–45,000 per month

We are hiring a Call Center Representative to call dental offices in international markets. You will speak with office staff, gather and confirm information, follow up on requests, and maintain accurate records of each conversation. The role requires confident English communication and a professional phone manner.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to dental offices and handle incoming calls when needed.
• Speak with receptionists, office managers, and other dental office staff to gather or confirm information.
• Follow call scripts and processes while adapting to each conversation.
• Record call outcomes, contact details, and follow-up actions accurately in the CRM.
• Schedule callbacks and follow up until requests are resolved.
• Escalate questions or issues that require support from another team.
• Meet call quality, accuracy, and productivity targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of international calling or call center experience.
• Strong spoken and written English, with clear pronunciation and active listening skills.
• Comfortable making frequent outbound calls and speaking with dental office staff.
• Good computer skills and experience using a CRM or similar system.
• Ability to work a regular night shift from Chandigarh.

Experience calling healthcare or dental offices is preferred.
