Designation : Executive - Call Centre

Job Purpose:

To provide excellent patient care service with interpersonal skills, good communication, helpful and courteous at all times.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls.
Make outbound follow-up calls.
Provide information on Cloudnine services and healthcare offerings.
Explain maternity/birthing packages.
¢ Book appointments across specialties.
¢ Respond to customer queries and resolve complaints within SLA.
¢ Accurately update CRM after every interaction
