• Primary skill - Business Transformation - P1 Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI transformation programs, including planning, governance, risk management, budgeting, resource allocation, KPI tracking, and change control
• Ensure effective execution through milestone management, dependency tracking, issue resolution, and executive reporting
• Own program outcomes, ensuring delivery quality, governance compliance, and continuous improvement
• Drive adoption, benefits realization, and measurable business impact across the transformation lifecycle
• Translate business objectives into scalable GenAI solutions by aligning business, technology, data, and operational requirements
• Provide guidance on GenAI capabilities, solution design, responsible AI practices, adoption, and value realization
• Own product roadmap, backlog prioritization, business requirements, release planning, and success metrics
• Ensure alignment of product investments and delivery priorities with strategic business goals and user needs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and clients, driving alignment, governance, communications, and escalations
• Build trusted partnerships to support informed decision-making, adoption, and program success
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, and external partners
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and organizational readiness to enable successful transformation outcomes
