Business Systems Analyst

Requirements:

• Workday Integrations Certification.
• PECI and PICOF Integration Experience, Strong Reporting Knowledge, Workday.
• Studio Experience, Workday Connector Experience, Global Payroll Connector and EIB.
• Minimum of 5 years of Workday Experience, focus on Integrations.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of principles, practices and standards of human resource administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, emphasis on Excel (v-lookups, formulas).
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications and business processes aligned to the domain area for this position.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience supporting system enhancements, projects, or technology implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
