Skill Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of Power BI dashboards and reporting.
• Ability to prepare clear business and functional documentation, including functional requirements.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Develop dashboards and management reports using tools such as Power BI to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership.
• Support front-line bankers by resolving queries related to deal sheets.
• Engage with business users to assess requirements and clearly define project objectives, scope, and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with development teams to deliver application changes, enhancements, and new solutions.
• Conduct routine application and environment checks to ensure operational stability and availability.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, procedures, and support activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including issue tracking and closure.
• Oversee the integrity, quality, and maintenance of organizational data.
• Provide timely support for internal and external audit requirements.
