Role Description The Business Owner role at Shah Enterprises is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of one or more restaurant locations. The individual in this role will manage staff scheduling, supervise service quality, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. They will monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue targets, and make data-informed decisions to improve profitability and efficiency. The role involves building and maintaining vendor relationships, overseeing inventory, and ensuring timely procurement of supplies. Additionally, the Business Owner will lead local marketing efforts, uphold brand standards, address guest feedback, and foster a positive, inclusive work culture.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in restaurant or hospitality management, with strong operational and leadership skills.
