Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated partnerships professional to drive the acquisition, onboarding, and growth of lead sourcing partners for ABCD's Personal Loan business. The role will be responsible for building a strong ecosystem of partners that can generate quality customer leads and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage lead sourcing partners across fintechs, aggregators, affiliate networks, marketplaces, consumer internet platforms, and other customer acquisition channels.
• Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle from sourcing and negotiations to launch and business growth.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Risk, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding.
• Drive growth in lead volumes, approvals, disbursals, and revenue from partner channels.
• Monitor partner performance and optimize lead quality, conversion rates, and overall productivity.
• Conduct regular business reviews and build long-term relationships with partner stakeholders.
• Continuously identify new partnership opportunities and emerging acquisition channels.

Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Alliances, Channel Sales, or Growth roles.
• Experience in lending, fintech, banking, NBFCs, marketplaces, affiliate ecosystems, or digital acquisition businesses preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and commercial negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage performance against business targets.
• Self-driven with strong ownership and execution capabilities.
