Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Head role based in Nagpur. The Business Head will oversee overall business operations, including strategy development, revenue growth, and profitability for the assigned business unit. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, setting performance objectives, monitoring key business metrics, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role involves developing market expansion plans, managing budgets, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. The Business Head will also maintain key stakeholder relationships, represent the business in senior leadership discussions, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in business leadership, P&L management, and strategic planning.
• Strong skills in team management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Background in sales, marketing, or operations within the consumer or related industries is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Nagpur and lead teams in a fast-paced business environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Demonstrated track record of driving growth, improving processes, and delivering measurable business results.
