Business Head - Facades

We are seeking an experienced Business Head to grow our Facades business and lead sales, profitability and project operations within an assigned territory.

Essential experience

Extensive senior-level experience with an architectural aluminium or facade system supply company such as Schueco, Hydro Building Systems, Domal, Technal, WICONA, Reynaers Aluminium or an equivalent established supplier is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Win profitable projects and build relationships with developers, architects, consultants and contractors.
• Lead tender strategy, proposals and commercial negotiations with authorised pricing approval.
• Coordinate design, planning, production, quality, safety and project execution.
• Own territory profitability, billing, collection follow-up and customer satisfaction.
• Lead regional sales and project teams and deliver contracts within approved budgets and timelines.

Candidate profile

• BE or BTech in a relevant engineering discipline; MBA desirable.
• 12 to 18 years of relevant experience, including substantial system-supplier experience and senior business leadership.
• Proven track record in facade specification, project sales, fabricator relationships and delivery coordination.
• Strong expertise in curtain walls, structural glazing and architectural cladding.
