Position Overview
We are looking for a Business Finance Support professional to join our finance team and
support business finance operations, reporting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate
should have a strong understanding of finance fundamentals, hands-on experience with
SAP FICO, and excellent MS Excel skills. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional
teams to deliver accurate financial reports, support planning activities, and
contribute to process improvements.

teams to deliver accurate financial reports, support planning activities, and
contribute to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day business finance operations and financial analytics.
- Prepare, review, and analyze Business Unit Profit Loss (PL) statements and
- Perform month-end variance analysis and assist in financial reporting activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc financial analysis using MS Excel.
- Support SAP PL activities, budget uploads, and data validation.
- Coordinate with SAP and finance system teams to ensure accurate financial data.
- Collaborate with finance, business development, and operations teams to fulfill
- Maintain finance documentation, process notes, and audit-ready records.
- Support planning and forecasting activities.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and take on additional responsibilities
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Knowledge of debit and credit concepts.
- Experience with journal entries.
- Good understanding of Profit Loss (PL) statements.
- Experience in business finance operations and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of variance analysis and budgeting processes.
- Hands-on working experience with SAP FICO.
- Exposure to budget uploads, financial data validation, and SAP finance processes.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to create dashboards and financial reports
