Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development professional with a strong background in the US Staffing Industry. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in new client acquisition, client onboarding, and business development strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in the US staffing market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers.
• Manage the complete client acquisition and onboarding process.
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other business development channels.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve business development targets.
• Use relevant business development tools and CRM platforms to track leads, prospects, and client interactions.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to meet client staffing requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms and develop long-term client partnerships.

Required Skills

• 4–9 years of experience in business development within the US Staffing Industry.
• Strong experience in new client acquisition and client onboarding.
• Knowledge of US staffing sales processes, market trends, and client engagement strategies.
• Hands-on experience with business development tools, CRM systems, LinkedIn, and lead-generation platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work the night shift aligned with US business hours.
