Role Description The Business Development Trainee || Domestic role is a full-time, remote position focused on supporting Bhanzu's growth in domestic markets. In this role, the trainee will identify and qualify potential leads, conduct market research to understand customer segments, and assist in developing outreach strategies. Responsibilities include engaging with prospective learners and families via calls, emails, and digital channels, providing clear information about Bhanzu's offerings, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The trainee will track and report performance metrics, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and participate in regular training sessions to improve sales and communication skills. This role offers exposure to fast-paced growth operations and the opportunity to contribute directly to Bhanzu's mission of expanding access to math education.
