Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Generate new business opportunities and acquire B2B clients.

• Promote ELV, CCTV, Surveillance & IT Infrastructure solutions.

• Develop relationships with corporate and enterprise customers.

• Identify leads, conduct client meetings & negotiate deals.

• Prepare quotations, proposals & commercial offers.

• Manage sales pipeline, follow-ups & revenue targets.

• Coordinate with technical teams for solution delivery.

Job Requirements :

• Graduate/MBA with 3–8 years of B2B sales experience.

• Experience in ELV, CCTV/Surveillance, or IT Infrastructure Sales preferred.

• Strong client acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
