Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and selling our digital services or IT-related solutions. Youll work closely with internal teams to craft solutions that solve business problems and deliver real value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, generate, and qualify leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, cold outreach, and partnerships.
  
• Pitch digital marketing services and/or IT solutions tailored to client needs.
  
• Prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and sales decks.
  
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
  
• Collaborate with internal delivery, creative, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction.
  
• Maintain CRM records, track performance metrics, and provide regular sales reports to leadership.
  
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market shifts.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development in a digital marketing agency or IT company.
  
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, paid ads, branding, social media, etc.) and/or enterprise IT services (cloud, cybersecurity, software solutions, etc.).
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  
• Experience managing B2B sales and long-term client relationships.
  
• Proficiency in CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  
• Self-driven, organized, and result-oriented.
  
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
