Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency channel.
• Develop strategies for business growth through effective communication with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify new opportunities for cross-selling life insurance products to existing customers.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to improve their skills and productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing) to develop targeted campaigns that drive lead generation.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-6years of experience in agency development or related field sales role.
• Strong understanding of life insurance industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients, agents, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; strong team handling skills required.
