Business Development Manager (B2B Institutional Sales)

Our client, a leading hygiene and tissue products company, is hiring Business Development Managers for its Institutional Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads and business opportunities in your territory
• Acquire new corporate and institutional clients (offices, hotels, hospitals, restaurants, facility management companies)
• Convert leads into business and set goals for revenue growth
• Build long-term relationships with clients and distribution partners
• Create brand awareness by approaching a high number of prospects
• Coordinate with operations for on-time delivery and service
• Track fast-moving competitor products and share market insights with management

Candidate Profile

• 4-5 years of B2B sales experience
• Background in FMCG, office cleaning chemicals, housekeeping materials, stationery or HORECA
• Modern Trade exposure is a plus
• Proven record of acquiring new clients
• Graduate (MBA Marketing preferred)
• Excellent English communication, Excel and presentation skills
