About the Role
We're looking for a proactive Business Development Executive who is eager to learn and build a career in commercial real estate and managed office solutions. This role involves lead generation, broker relationship management, site visit coordination, and supporting the sales team in closing enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate qualified leads through brokers, cold outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and inbound inquiries. • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and brokers. • Schedule and facilitate client meetings and site visits. • Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, layouts, and commercial discussions. • Maintain CRM and update sales pipeline regularly. • Follow up with prospects and ensure timely communication. • Conduct basic market research on Delhi NCR micro-markets and competitors. • Support senior team members in deal closures.
Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Confident in client interactions. • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace and AI enabled. • Self-driven with a willingness to learn. • Prior internship or sales experience is a plus.
