Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of experience in online lead generation and business development, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified business leads through online channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, web research, and other digital platforms.
• Identify potential clients, research target markets, and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client servicing.
• Track lead generation activities, maintain CRM records, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in online lead generation and business development.
• Experience in the logistics or e-commerce industry is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, lead databases, and online prospecting tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and work towards targets.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is an advantage.
