Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients and business opportunities. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and proposal creation to negotiation and closure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities. Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business performance updates.

Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Experience managing enterprise or mid-market clients. Ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
