Business Development Executive (BDE) - SaaS Sales

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (Sales Intern) to join our team in Noida, Sector 62. Responsibilities

• Perform research on current benchmark trends to shortlist target customers / prospects
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Follow and achieve departments sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

Go the extra mile to drive sales

• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options

Cross sell products

• Team up with co-workers to assist in Lead Generation and follow-up on closing the leads
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the stores design)

Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of B2B marketing, SaaS, sales presentations, and lead generation.
• Experience or understanding of email marketing for client outreach.
• Ability to research and analyze market trends.
• A proactive approach with a problem-solving mindset.
