Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Central Functional Consultant located in Delhi, India. The consultant will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions, and providing end-user training and support. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients on business processes, configuring the system to meet client needs, developing functional specifications, and fostering collaboration across stakeholders to ensure successful implementations. The role also involves addressing post-implementation concerns and working to improve workflows and integrations.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate business needs and translate them into effective solutions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in understanding and improving business processes, particularly in ERP implementation
• Expertise in consulting and providing strategic recommendations to businesses
• A solid understanding of finance principles and operations as related to ERP systems
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and ERP software is highly advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic work environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field preferred
