ShipFast Logistics is looking for an aggressive, high-energy, and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Gurgaon!
Key Details- Role: Business Associate
- Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (Delhi NCR)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- CTC: 2,50,000 – 3,60,000 / Year + Performance Incentives + Travel/Fuel Allowance
- Mandatory Requirement: Personal vehicle (two-wheeler/four-wheeler) + valid Indian Driving License
ShipFast is a next-generation tech-logistics platform providing intelligent shipping automation, multi-carrier allocation, and NDR/RTO reduction algorithms for D2C brands, e-commerce merchants, and B2B enterprises across 25,000+ pincodes in India.
What You Will Do- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound prospecting, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach to business owners, supply chain heads, and e-commerce managers.
- Field Visits & Demos: Visit commercial hubs and warehouse clusters across Gurgaon/NCR to pitch ShipFast's SaaS platform and conduct live tech demos.
- Deal Closure & Negotiation: Address merchant shipping challenges (RTOs, NDRs, weight disputes), negotiate competitive pricing proposals, and close deals.
- Merchant Onboarding: Facilitate platform integration (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon), wallet activation, and first-shipment execution.
- Account Growth: Identify upselling opportunities (express air freight, surface cargo, warehouse fulfillment, early COD remittance) and maintain CRM reporting.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales within Tech Logistics, Courier Aggregation.
- Mobility: Personal vehicle and valid driving license for regular field visits across Delhi NCR (Mandatory).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Industry Knowledge: Good grasp of logistics terms like AWB, NDR, RTO, volumetric weight, and COD remittance cycles.
- Mindset: Target-driven with a proven track record of handling price objections and closing deals.
