Business Operations Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, proactive and highly driven Business Operations Manager to work directly with the founders at Boketto.

This is a high-ownership role involving business projects, problem-solving, cross-functional coordination and execution across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with founders on high-priority business initiatives.

• Own projects from problem identification to execution and completion.

• Coordinate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and HR.

• Identify operational gaps and build processes to improve efficiency.

• Analyse business data and prepare reports, trackers and MIS for founders.

• Follow up with teams and ensure key priorities are executed on time.

• Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions.

• Take ownership of ambiguous problems and figure out how to solve them.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in business operations, strategy & operations, consulting, startup operations or a similar role.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Excellent organisational and project management abilities.

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets and presentation skills.

• High ownership and ability to work independently.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

• Startup experience is a plus.
