Business Architecture

Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 production support for the Loan IQ application.
• Perform daily monitoring, initial investigation, troubleshooting, and escalation.
• Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes according to SLA/OLA.
• Monitor ticket quality, update status, identify root causes, and coordinate remediation.
• Work with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure application stability.
• Maintain support documentation, knowledge bases, and operational procedures.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support change management, service transitions, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow ITIL production support practices.
• Use Linux/Unix, Shell Scripting, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, and middleware knowledge for troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Candidates with strong Loan IQ application expertise, banking/loan domain knowledge, hands-on production support experience, and strong scripting/programming skills.
