Role Description The Business Analytics and Development role is a full-time, on-site position based in Puducherry. The individual in this role will analyze business performance data, identify trends and opportunities, and prepare reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, translating business needs into analytical models, and recommending strategies for operational improvements and growth. The role also involves supporting business development initiatives through market and competitor analysis, preparing presentations and proposals with data-backed insights, and monitoring key performance indicators to track the impact of implemented strategies. The position requires close coordination with leadership to prioritize initiatives and ensure that analytical outputs are aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and general Analytics capabilities for problem-solving and decision support.
• Candidates should possess Business Analytics skills to interpret organizational data and inform strategic and operational decisions.
• Candidates should possess Data Analytics skills to clean, process, visualize, and report on quantitative and qualitative data.
• Candidates should possess Statistics knowledge to design analyses, understand significance, and validate findings.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar) is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex data in clear, actionable formats to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in analytics or business development is an advantage.
