Business Analyst

Job Description: Business Analyst – D2C

Role Purpose

Drive data-led decision-making for D2C acquisition across Wi-Fi, Postpaid and other product lines. Sales performance reporting, data quality, analytics and automation to identify business gaps, enable timely actions and unlock growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and validate data from multiple sources, identify trends and translate findings into clear storylines for business stakeholders.
• Validate data marts and reporting logic, reconcile source data, investigate discrepancies and ensure consistency of business metrics.
• Design and manage recurring reports based on business requirements, ensuring the right data sources and definitions are used.
• Track leads, bookings, activations, conversion, productivity and participation across Wi-Fi, Postpaid and other product lines.
• Analyze performance across circles, fleet roles, ZSMs, RMs, products and channels to identify operational gaps and growth opportunities.
• Prepare circle and fleet performance reports, management review decks and concise insights for leadership discussions.
• Automate manual reporting processes and improve data accessibility in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver accurate and timely analysis while managing multiple priorities, timelines and stakeholder requirements.
• Mentor team members and support their analytical and professional development.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Experience in sales or marketing analytics, preferably in telecom, consumer business or acquisition.
• Strong hands-on skills in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL and Python.
• Ability to work with large, complex and disconnected datasets and translate analysis into actionable business decisions.
• Strong ownership, project management and stakeholder management skills.
