Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in the BFSI/Lending domain, particularly in Loan Origination Systems (LOS). The role involves understanding business requirements, mapping lending workflows, driving product implementations, and working closely with product, development, testing, and business teams.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Configure and map loan origination workflows and digital journeys on LOS platforms.
• Perform gap analysis and translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Create BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process flows, and gap analysis documents.
• Understand and map end-to-end lending processes across areas such as Lead Management, Application Processing, BRE, Credit Bureau, Risk, Fraud, and MIS.
• Work closely with Product, Development, QA, and business teams to deliver product enhancements and solutions.
• Analyse production issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Understand and validate API integrations using REST, JSON, and Postman.
• Participate in requirement workshops, process mapping, solution discussions, and product demonstrations.
• Drive effective communication between business stakeholders and technology teams in an Agile environment.

Requirements:

• 5 - 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the BFSI domain.
• Strong hands-on experience with LOS (Loan Origination System) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of lending processes and products.
• API knowledge is mandatory, including REST APIs, JSON, and API integrations.
• Experience with Postman for API/integration testing.
• Experience in product implementation/product development/system migration.
• Strong understanding of loan origination workflows, BPMN/process flows, and data models.
• Experience working with Agile teams.

Preferred:

• Experience with secured lending products.
• Experience working on SaaS / API-first / cloud-native products.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
