Business Analyst Operations & Digital Transformation

We are looking for a Business Analyst – Operations & Digital Transformation who will work directly across management, production, finance, supply chain and technology to identify problems, analyze data and build systems that improve how the company operates.

The Business Analyst will work on projects involving manufacturing analytics, automation, operational efficiency, cost optimization, digital transformation, ERP systems, dashboards, IoT-enabled production tracking and AI-driven business processes.

The role carries significant responsibility from the beginning. The successful candidate will be expected to independently investigate problems, work with teams across the factory and convert data into decisions that have measurable operational impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production, operational, financial and supply-chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Build dashboards and management reporting systems that provide real-time visibility into business performance.
• Conduct detailed cost, productivity and process analyses to support management decisions.
• Identify processes that can be automated or digitized and help design scalable solutions.
• Support implementation of new technologies across manufacturing operations, including production tracking systems, IoT systems and workflow automation.
• Develop business cases for new machinery, technology investments and operational improvements.
• Track KPIs across departments and investigate the underlying causes of performance deviations.
• Work with Finance, Production, Quality, Procurement, HR and Management on cross-functional projects.
• Convert unstructured operational information into structured data, reports and actionable insights.
• Design and improve SOPs, reporting structures and internal management systems.
• Use data to recommend process changes and help drive implementation rather than simply presenting findings.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in business analytics, operations, strategy, consulting, manufacturing, finance, technology, supply chain or a related function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of information and identify meaningful patterns.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where problems may initially be unstructured.
• Willingness to spend time on the manufacturing floor and understand processes directly rather than relying only on reports.
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to independently drive projects from analysis through implementation.
