Job Summary

rSTAR Technologies is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in CRM, data modernization, and analytics implementation projects. The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience collaborating with US stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.

Mandatory Requirements

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience, including data modernization or analytics implementation projects.
• Strong experience in CRM, customer data, sales processes, workflows, and data migration requirements.
• Practical experience with source-to-target mapping, data reconciliation, and data quality acceptance criteria.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and familiarity with Power BI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong experience in user stories, acceptance criteria, requirements traceability, and UAT coordination.
• Experience working with US stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.
• Immediate joiner or candidate with a maximum notice period of 7 days.

Good to Have

• Financial services or investment management domain experience.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dataverse, or Snowflake.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Agile delivery methodologies.
