Role Description The Business Development Officer at GAPPU will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including partnerships with music stores, institutions, and individual clients. Day-to-day tasks include market research, lead generation, sales presentations, and negotiating agreements to expand GAPPU's reach and revenue. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to align product offerings and marketing efforts. The Business Development Officer will also prepare financial and performance reports to support strategic decisions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong New Business Development skills, including lead generation, sales outreach, and partnership building.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, sales data, and performance metrics.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Finance to support pricing, budgeting, and revenue planning.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions and presentations.
• Candidates should possess effective Customer Service skills to manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Experience in sales, business development, or the music/instrument industry is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
