Brand Manager

Monastic Media is a D2C performance marketing and e-commerce agency in Piplod, Surat. We make ad videos and run Meta and Google ads for D2C brands: 40 Cr+ in ad spend managed, 175 Cr+ in revenue created for brands, 5+ years.

As a Brand Manager you own a set of client brands day to day. You run the onboarding call, agree what the brand needs and keep the client updated. You find content creators on Instagram, reach out to them and agree rates. You plan scripts with the team, coordinate shoots in our studio and on location, and set timelines that everyone keeps. Then you work with our video editors so every ad reaches the media buying team on time for Meta and Google campaigns.

Full-time in our office in Piplod, Surat, working with the founder, the creative team and the performance marketing team.

What you will do

• Lead client onboarding calls and set clear expectations
• Be the client's main point of contact through every project
• Find creators on Instagram, run outreach and negotiate rates
• Plan scripts and the content flow with the creative team
• Coordinate in-house and on-location shoots on strict timelines
• Work with video editors so ads reach media buying on time

What we look for

• 1+ year in an agency, brand or production role where you managed clients or creators
• Clear, confident communication in English, Hindi and Gujarati
• Organised: you can run several brands and deadlines at once
• You can judge a creator's content and audience on Instagram
• Full-time in our office in Piplod, Surat

Nice to have

• Experience with UGC or ad video production
• A basic sense of Meta ads and what makes an ad work
• Google Sheets, Notion or any project tracker
