Brand Lead

A sharp storyteller with a strategic eye, the ideal Brand Lead at Cavitak brings 4+ years of hands-on experience in advertising, branding, or marketing, with a proven ability to build brands, lead campaigns, and turn ideas into meaningful business impact.

This role is for someone who can own the brand direction, shape the communication strategy, and lead execution across multiple channels. You should be equally comfortable developing the big idea, challenging existing thinking, and making sure the final execution stays sharp and relevant.

In 2026, building a brand goes beyond traditional advertising. Organic outreach, content-led awareness, creator ecosystems, micro-fiction, community building, and platform-first storytelling are becoming increasingly important. Experience building content across different surfaces and understanding what works on each platform is a strong plus.

What you'll do

• Own and drive brand strategy and integrated campaigns from concept to execution
• Translate business objectives into clear brand narratives, communication strategies, and campaigns
• Develop ideas across digital, social, content, advertising, and emerging platforms
• Lead and collaborate with creative, digital, marketing, and external partners
• Build a consistent and distinctive brand voice and identity across touchpoints
• Identify new opportunities for organic growth, content-led awareness, and brand engagement
• Use consumer insights, market trends, and campaign performance to shape and refine brand initiatives
• Take ownership of campaign quality, timelines, and execution
• Experiment with new formats, platforms, and AI-enabled workflows to improve how we build the brand
• Guide and collaborate with junior team members and help raise the overall quality of creative output

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in advertising, branding, marketing, or a related creative role
• Proven experience in building and executing brand campaigns
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and consumer behavior
• Ability to independently take an idea from brief → strategy → concept → execution
• Experience across digital, social, content, and multiple communication channels
• Strong creative thinking with the ability to connect it to business objectives
• Ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and drive execution independently
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Strong curiosity towards AI, emerging platforms, and new ways of building brands
• A strong portfolio demonstrating campaign thinking, creativity, execution, and impact
