Role Description The Branch Operations Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mahbubnagar. The individual in this role will oversee day-to-day branch operations, including processing loan applications, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating with sales and credit teams, managing customer queries, and supporting smooth disbursement and repayment processes. The role also involves monitoring operational efficiencies, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to branch performance targets. The Branch Operations Executive is expected to uphold high standards of service, accuracy, and integrity while supporting the overall growth of the branch.
Qualifications

• Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle branch processes, documentation, and compliance effectively.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to review loan files, assess data accuracy, and support decision-making.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders professionally.
• Ability to work with basic financial products, lending procedures, and banking or NBFC operations; prior experience in branch operations is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic technology tools used for loan processing and branch management.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks within timelines.
• Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in banking or financial services are a plus.
