Branch Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the overall activities of the branch.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Handle and guide the branch team to improve performance.
• Generate new business through dealers, DSAs, and other channels.
• Manage customer relationships and resolve customer complaints.
• Monitor daily collections and overdue cases.
• Maintain good portfolio quality and control loan defaults.
• Ensure proper customer verification and loan documentation.
• Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the Head Office and submit regular reports.
• Ensure smooth branch operations and customer service.
