Branch Manager | Private Sector Bank

Location: Mumbai, Bangalore

Job Overview:

We are hiring experienced Branch Managers for a leading private sector banking opportunity in Mumbai and Bangalore. Candidates must currently be working as a Branch Manager with a private sector bank and have strong experience in branch business growth, CASA mobilization, liabilities, revenue generation, branch operations, compliance, and team leadership.

Mandatory Eligibility:

- Currently working as a Branch Manager in a private sector bank.

- Currently based in Mumbai or the eligible Mumbai metropolitan region.

- Minimum 6 years of relevant banking experience.

- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager.

- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

- Strong experience in CASA, liabilities growth, branch P&L, and revenue generation.

- Strong knowledge of banking operations, RBI regulations, risk management, and audit compliance.

- Proven team management, cross-selling, TPP, and customer relationship management skills.

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Immediate joiners preferred.

Target Banks:

ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, IDFC FIRST Bank, IndusInd Bank, Citi, Standard Chartered, and other eligible private sector banks.

Not Eligible:

- Deputy Branch Managers.

- Assistant Branch Managers.

- Relationship Heads or other candidates not currently working as Branch Managers.

- Small Finance Bank and Cooperative Bank employees.

- Candidates seeking relocation to Mumbai and Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage branch business, CASA, liabilities, and revenue targets.

- Drive customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and cross-selling.

- Manage branch P&L, productivity, and business performance.

- Lead branch employees and ensure excellent customer service.

- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements.

- Monitor MIS, risk controls, and operational efficiency.
