Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Promoting the brand image of SUD Life and implementing all initiatives of the Company related to brand-building exercises, as well as maintaining optimal & thriving relationships with all stakeholders.
• Recruitment of Agency Leaders and driving business through tracking and guiding the activities of Agency Leaders (AL) and Life Advisors (LA) on a daily basis.
• Planning to ensure business delivery every month.
• Monitoring new agent performance and creating successful agents.
• Empowering the successful launch of Agency Leaders.
• Ensuring training on products and sales techniques to empower each team member.
• Ensuring consistent business performance with operational effectiveness and control.
• Adhering to IRDA regulations and keeping pace with changes in regulatory guidelines/framework for Life Insurance, particularly for the Agency Channel.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordination across all functions, including RM and ZM.
• Managing Agency Leaders and Agents.
• Span of control: 910 Agency Leaders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate from a reputed institute.
• Highly self-motivated and ambitious individual with a strong drive to achieve self and team goals.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Agency Channel of Life Insurance companies.
• Age: 28 -40 years (may vary based on experience).

Skills

• Advanced verbal communication skills.
• Local language proficiency with working knowledge of English.
• Strong entrepreneurial, relationship management, networking, customer service, sales aptitude, and interpersonal skills.
