BPM / Camunda Architect & Workflow Engineer

We are seeking skilled and dynamic BPM/Camunda professionals with a strong background in workflow design, process orchestration, system integrations, and AI-enabled workflow automation. As a Workflow Engineer / Architect, you will design and implement scalable, end-to-end automated solutions. Exposure to the Healthcare domainspecifically around provider credentialing, enrolment, verification, or compliance workflowsalong with AI/LLM integration experience will give you a significant advantage.

Role & responsibilities

• Architecture & Design: Design, develop, configure, and implement robust, end-to-end BPM workflows and process orchestration solutions using Camunda.
• Process Modeling: Create precise BPMN process models, complex DMN decision tables, business logic rules, and advanced workflow configurations.
• System Integration: Seamlessly integrate Camunda workflows with enterprise applications, core healthcare systems, REST APIs, and third-party services.
• Lifecycle & Exception Management: Implement tasks, conditional timers, automated reminders, event notifications, multi-level escalations, and strict error/exception handling.
• AI & Automation: Integrate AI/LLM and Agentic AI capabilities into automated processes to power intelligent data classification, information extraction, and automated summarization.
• Maintenance & Monitoring: Test, troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize active workflow executions to ensure maximum scalability, security, and system reliability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and technical stakeholders to translate complex business rules into highly efficient technical workflows.

Preferred candidate profile

• Camunda & BPM: Hands-on expertise with Camunda 7 or Camunda 8, including deep familiarity with BPMN 2.0 and DMN modeling.
• Core Engineering: Strong backend development experience using Java, Spring Boot, and building/consuming microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Process Architecture: Proven understanding of process lifecycle management, versioning control, migration, deployment, and system recovery.
• Analytical Mindset: Deep knowledge of scalable architectural design patterns and handling heavy enterprise data loads securely.
