Role Description: The Biology Teacher will deliver high-quality classroom instruction to students preparing for board exams and competitive entrance tests, with a focus on Classes 11–12 and relevant foundation batches. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting engaging Biology lessons, explaining core concepts clearly, solving doubts, and using examples aligned with exam patterns. The teacher will design and review assignments, support test series and performance analysis, and provide individualised academic guidance to students. Additional tasks include maintaining classroom discipline, collaborating with other faculty on curriculum planning, and participating in parent/student counselling sessions when required. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Deep Academy of Excellence in Azamgarh.

Qualifications

• Strong subject expertise in Biology and ability to teach school-level and entrance-exam-level Biology concepts.
• Proven teaching experience with a track record as a qualified teacher, preferably in coaching institutes or schools.
• Ability to plan structured lessons, create teaching materials, and align lesson planning with exam syllabi and timelines.
• Effective communication skills to explain complex topics clearly, engage diverse learners, and provide constructive feedback.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology or a related life science field.
• Familiarity with NEET and board exam patterns, evaluation methods, and competitive exam-oriented pedagogy.
• Comfort with using basic educational technology (presentations, online resources, testing tools) to support learning.
• Ability to work in a disciplined, student-focused environment and support mentoring, doubt-solving, and test preparation.
