BIM Modeler Architecture & Structural

is looking for experienced BIM Modelers with strong Architectural and Structural modeling skills and hands-on experience in Facade/Cladding and MEP coordination. If you build detailed LOD 400 models, create adaptive and curved families, and produce accurate shop and construction drawings, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Architecture

• Develop architectural models to LOD 400: walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, doors, windows, stairs, railings, finishes and interior elements
• Create adaptive, curved and parametric families for complex architectural forms, free-form surfaces and custom components
• Prepare architectural construction drawings: plans, sections, elevations, wall sections, reflected ceiling plans, enlarged plans and detail sheets
• Prepare door, window, finish and room schedules

Structural

• Develop structural models to LOD 400 for concrete, steel and precast elements: foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, bracing and trusses
• Model rebar, embeds and steel connections to fabrication detail
• Prepare structural shop drawings and construction drawings: GA plans, foundation layouts, framing plans, sections, rebar detailing and connection details

Facade & Cladding

• Model curtain walls (unitized and stick), glazing, ACP/metal panels, GRC/GFRC, stone, terracotta, louvres, fins and facade support systems
• Use adaptive components, pattern-based curtain panels and divided surfaces to panelize curved and free-form facades
• Prepare facade shop drawings: panel elevations, setting-out drawings, bracket and anchor details, and panel schedules

MEP

• Model HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection and electrical systems: ductwork, piping, cable trays, conduits and equipment
• Model MEP supports and hangers, and coordinate sleeves and penetrations through structure
• Prepare coordinated services drawings (CSD), combined services drawings and MEP shop drawings

Coordination & Deliverables

• Run multi-trade clash detection in Navisworks across architecture, structure, facade and MEP, and drive clashes to resolution
• Interpret drawings, specifications, RFIs and design revisions, and update models accurately
• Generate quantity take-offs, schedules and BOMs
• Follow BIM Execution Plans, ISO 19650 workflows and QA/QC procedures

What We're Looking For

• 5–10 years of BIM experience in Architectural and Structural modeling, with solid Facade/Cladding and MEP experience
• Proven LOD 400 delivery on commercial, residential, high-rise, hospitality, healthcare or infrastructure projects
• Expert in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure and MEP): Family Editor, adaptive components, curtain panel families, divided surfaces, formulas and nested families
• Strong track record of producing shop drawings and construction drawing sets
• Strong Navisworks skills for clash detection and coordination
• Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Familiarity with international standards such as ACI, AISC, Eurocodes, BS, IS and MEP standards such as SMACNA, ASHRAE, NFPA or CIBSE
• Exposure to US, UK, Middle East, Canadian or Australian projects is an advantage
• Diploma or degree in Architecture or Civil / Structural / MEP Engineering

Nice to Have

• Dynamo, Rhino + Grasshopper for complex geometry and automation
• Tekla Structures or Advance Steel experience
• Experience with iconic or free-form buildings, stadiums, airports or hospitals
• Experience checking drawings and mentoring junior modelers
• Autodesk certifications
