Job Summary

ICI Hospital is looking for an experienced Billing Executive – IPD to manage inpatient billing operations, ensure accurate bill preparation, and coordinate with patients and hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IPD (Inpatient Department) billing and discharge billing procedures.
• Prepare and verify patient bills, invoices, and payment records.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, insurance/TPA teams, and other hospital departments.
• Verify billing details, package charges, and other applicable hospital charges.
• Handle patient and attendant queries related to billing and payments.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of billing processes.
• Follow hospital billing policies and standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in hospital billing, preferably in IPD billing.
• Good English communication skills are mandatory.
• Knowledge of hospital billing procedures and billing software.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good coordination and patient-handling skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
