Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer with a strong background in residential high-rise construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for project billing, quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, contractor billing, and cost monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify RA Bills, client bills, and subcontractor bills.
• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and detailed cost estimates.
• Handle measurements, rate analysis, and quantity reconciliation.
• Verify contractor bills against actual site measurements and BOQ.
• Coordinate with project execution and planning teams for billing requirements.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations.
• Prepare billing statements, MIS reports, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of bills.
• Handle reconciliation of materials and quantities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in billing and quantity surveying.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills, rate analysis, and quantity estimation.
• Experience in residential high-rise building projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of billing procedures, contractual terms, and cost control.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
